If you have a life or limb-threatening emergency, do not call the office. Our regular business hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday (except for major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving). For routine matters such as appointments and prescription refills, please call during regular business hours. After regular business hours, the telephone is forwarded to our answering service. If you have an urgent medical matter to discuss with the doctor, you will be forwarded to Dr. Lotenfoe or a covering urologist. Please bear in mind that in accordance with current standards, Dr Lotenfoe does not call in any prescriptions after hours. If you are in dire need of prescription medication, go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center where you can be properly evaluated. If necessary, the physician on duty at these locations can contact Dr. Lotenfoe or the covering urologist regarding your problem. |
